Business Development Manager
to lead sales efforts in the Munster region.
This role focuses on vehicle enhancement and finished vehicle services, offering a broad and engaging scope for a seasoned sales professional with strong industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic business development initiatives across Ireland.
Lead the sales tendering process in collaboration with internal teams.
Maintain and grow a database of tender opportunities and potential clients.
Conduct market research into OEM logistics and emerging opportunities.
Support account management and resolve client issues effectively.
Act as Account Manager for assigned OEM, importer, and distributor clients.
Build expertise in the Finished Vehicle Logistics industry.
Contribute to marketing efforts including agency coordination, social media, and industry events.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Full, clean driver's license.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales role, ideally within the automotive or automation industry.
Proven success in tendering and closing sales.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
High emotional intelligence, creativity, and marketing acumen.
Comfortable working across both sales and marketing functions.
Existing network within car dealerships in the Munster region is a distinct advantage.
