We are now recruiting for a Manufacturing Analyst to join our newly formed Central Services Team in AbbVie Westport, Co Mayo on an initial 12 months fixed term contract.
Established in 1977, AbbVie Westport is a Centre of Excellence for Aseptic manufacturing of Biologics & Eyecare (pharmaceutical) products. In this role, you will actively manage batch-related CAPAs, taking them from initial review through RCA, approval, batch disposition, and delivery of corrective and preventive actions, working closely with relevant departments and QA Lead to ensure thorough investigations are completed promptly.

Key activities include:
* Using and maintaining data within key systems such as SAP, S4HANA, Global Trackwise, POMs, One Track, One Vault, and ComplianceWire.
* Retrieving documents from local files and archives for submissions, customer requests, and other needs.
* Tracking and analyzing EM trends within the Eyecare Business Unit.
* Managing training curriculum for all users via eLMS.
* Participating in and leading non-conformance and exception investigations as necessary.
* Completing manufacturing investigations for LIRs.
* Opening and leading change control records using One Track.
* Collaborating with QA Teams to promote data integrity and good documentation practices.
* Assisting during Regulatory Inspections when required.
* Coordinating customer complaints investigations and trending.
* Working closely with departments on corrective actions from Environmental excursions.
* Ensuring compliance with AbbVie policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and preferred experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field, or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Detailed knowledge of CGMP, aseptic practices, data integrity, and GDP.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
