Position Summary
We are seeking a Graduate Analyst on an 18‑month contract to join the Credit Strategies Team in Dublin to support fundraising and client servicing across KKR’s global credit products. This is a development‑focused role designed to provide broad exposure to the credit platform while building technical, commercial, and client‑facing skills. As part of the team, the Graduate Analyst will assist in fundraising activities, help prepare client‑meeting materials, support investor due diligence processes, and work closely with teams across KKR including investment teams, finance, operations, and relationship managers. Responsibilities
* Assist senior team members with fundraising and investor servicing activities.
* Support the preparation of marketing materials, investor presentations, and proposals.
* Help coordinate and contribute to due diligence processes, including responding to questionnaires and data requests.
* Work with portfolio managers and deal teams to understand portfolio developments and market dynamics.
* Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, legal, compliance) to ensure accurate and timely responses to client requests.
* Develop a strong knowledge of credit markets and KKR’s investment strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Academic background in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline (minimum 2:1 or equivalent).
* Strong technical skills: proficiency in Excel (data handling, basic modelling) and PowerPoint (building clear and engaging presentations).
* Have a genuine interest in financial markets in general, and credit in particular.
* Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and communicate findings clearly and concisely.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Team‑oriented, collaborative, and proactive with intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm to learn.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
