What you'll be doing Business Partner to Central Functions senior teams Establish new processes and ways of working to support the senior team Responsible for managing the monthly, quarterly and year‑end cost reporting for these functions to budget, delivering analysis, insight and decision support to the business.
Lead the Forecast and Budget and 3 Y projection process for these functions for OPEX and CAPEX spend Proactively review and challenge financial plans, ensuring in‑depth understanding of the key drivers and assumptions behind these plans Ensure Anaplan is leveraged to forecast and budget costs across the Group Financial governance and risk management on behalf of finance for Finance, HR and I&IProvide decision support to the as required and support the senior finance team to deliver the strategy across these functions Support the team in delivering their Transformation agenda What we're looking for Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years PQEVery strong analytical, presentation and communication skills Very strong Excel and Powerpoint skills essential Minimum 2‑3 years' experience in a financial / commercial role Financial analysis and interpretation experience Commercial experience in Musgrave or external business environment Excellent attention to detail and likes to work cross‑functionally Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines A self‑motivated approach to work – can do attitude Good organisational and time management skills.
