**Job Title:** Senior Psychologist

Are you an experienced mental health professional passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of neurodivergent individuals? We are seeking a skilled Senior Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in the disability sector, providing support for both adults and children.

This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility with the option to work from home part-time and travel to different HSE Primary Care Clinics across Clare, Limerick, and North Tipperary. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to conduct autism assessments, deliver reports within set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and provide services in various settings.

The ideal candidate will possess a recognised Psychology qualification from the Psychological Society of Ireland and current experience as a Senior Psychologist or meeting the necessary criteria. Certification in ADI-R (Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised) and ADOS (Structured Play-Based Assessment) is also required. Additionally, up-to-date training in GDPR, Children First, Consent, and Health & Safety is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough autism assessments and deliver accurate reports within set timelines.
* Provide services in clinics, homes, schools, and community settings, ensuring effective service delivery.
* Liaise with families, professionals, and manage appointments, maintaining accurate records in line with legal and organisational standards.
* Maintain safe practice, report incidents, and adhere to risk management policies.
* Deliver services in accordance with trauma-informed care principles, prioritising client well-being.
* Ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based service delivery, adhering to PSI and organisational guidelines.
* Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, motivation, and accountability.

Professional Requirements:

* Recognised Psychology qualification from the Psychological Society of Ireland.
* Current Senior Psychologist or meeting criteria for this grade.
* Certified in ADI-R (Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised) and ADOS (Structured Play-Based Assessment).
* Up-to-date training in GDPR, Children First, Consent, and Health & Safety.
