Responsibilities
* Provide business partnering support across Human Health, Animal Health and global functions on a range of HR topics; collaborate with Ireland HR Lead and HRBP team to coordinate meetings, prepare materials, manage actions, and deliver projects
* Balance multiple priorities, support HRBPs with project delivery, and contribute to the HR portfolio of work
* Build meaningful relationships across site boundaries; work with a highly collaborative Ireland and global HR team
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage expectations, and demonstrate a continuous learning mindset
* Grow into a HR Business Partner role with potential for further career development; ideally with a background in Pharma or related roles
* Hybrid work arrangement: on-site minimum three days per week
* Support to HR Team and Portfolio: assist projects and initiatives across the Irish network (Live, Earn, Grow programme, Ireland HR Team, GD&I and culture activities); lead selected projects and support others
* Coordinate with external vendors for benefits in Ireland; manage vendor relationships to ensure timely service delivery and cost-effectiveness
* Lead Ireland HR Portal & policy representation; keep content current, ensure policies are accurate and compliant, and reduce policy queries
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions in collaboration with the Country HR Lead
* Deliver monthly reporting to support business decisions and provide actionable HR insights
* Partner with Senior HRBPs to support Animal and Human Health end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
* Provide responsive HRBP support to managers and resolve people issues
* Support Ireland HR induction for new hires; collaborate with Learning & Development for onboarding improvements
* Occupational health: vendor management for OH referrals and casework to support health and return-to-work
* Global Mobility coordination for international moves and relocation experience
* Prepare SIP files for share purchase submissions for payroll and tax compliance
* Manage local HR programmes, events, and representation at team/site/vendor events
* Participate in Fleet Council Meetings to align fleet decisions with people policies
* Support People Leader Forum to share best practices and address people risks
Qualifications & Education
* 2-3 years’ experience in an HR role, ideally in a large multinational environment
* Bachelor’s degree; CIPD qualification or relevant master’s degree

* Strong Generalist with experience in business partnering
* Ability to build trusted partnerships and collaborate with people at all levels
* Strong administrative skills and stakeholder management
* Good knowledge of Irish employment law framework
* Ability to project manage multiple projects to successful delivery
