I am looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for construction products across Munster.
This role focuses on building strong client relationships and driving business growth within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage customer relationships with Builders Merchants, Housebuilders, Contractors, and Specifiers to grow market presence.
Execute business development plans for key accounts, ensuring alignment with company sales strategies.
Oversee and manage project pipelines, including timely quoting, scheduling, and tracking through to closure.
Develop, retain and grow market share in the assigned region.
Maintain accurate records and reporting on the company CRM system.
Key Requirements: Proven experience in the construction industry, ideally with a sales or account management background.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with a commercial mindset and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Full, clean driving licence, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills: Regional Sales construction
