Talamh Contracts is a roads & grounds maintenance contracting business based in Dublin, Ireland. We are seeking 2 tractor operators to work within our hedge/verge cutting operations. Full time & Part time seasonal positions available.
The type of work includes using tractor mounted hedge cutters for cutting of vegetation in a wide array of scenarios such as along main roads, highways, parks, fields etc. We provide this service to a broad range of customers including councils, highway management companies, landscapers, farmers, facility management companies, landowners etc. We carry out this work all across the island of Ireland from coast to coast so successful applicants will have the chance to see all the sights and experiences Ireland has to offer.
We have a modern fleet of machinery to be operated which includes:
* John Deere
* Case IH
* Deutz Fahr
* Energreen
* Spearhead
* Shelbourne Reynolds hedgecutters
* All vario tractors for operator comfort
The successful applicants will be required to work day shifts and night shifts as required. They will also be working as part of a team of other enthusiastic employees who enjoy their work and are also able to have a bit of craic on and off the job!
Previous experience of using tractor mounted hedge cutters is a big advantage but training will be provided for the right person who hasn’t operated one before. Excellent rates of pay for experienced and self-motivated candidates. Benefits include accommodation, fuel cards, company vehicle etc. Help with flights and visas can also be organised.
