Contract Administration Manager Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong level of German and be open to regular travel to the client site in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the Contract Strategy Plan and align it with Client requirements, project scope, contract conditions and design deliverables.
* Input into procurement and tendering of contract works packages.
* Assign packages to Contract Administrators for award.
* Ensure Contract Documents are fully executed, returned to relevant parties and copies retained for reference.
* Ensure all contracts are in place prior to project commencement.
* Collaborate with the construction manager to manage and administer contracts in accordance with project procedures, schedule and budgets.
* Ensure the Construction Management team understands contractual obligations.
* Monitor contractor performance against contractual terms.
* Maintain proper documentation to facilitate audits.
* Obtain and retain contractor insurance certificates.
* Implement Site Work Instructions and Site Variation Orders Procedures.
* Generate Payment Certificate procedure in line with client and contract requirements.
* Organize monthly commercial meetings between contractors and Contract Administrators.
* Assist in Final Account agreement and ensure final certificate is issued.
* Input into and oversee monthly cost report for incorporation within the Construction Report.
* Develop contract close out procedure.
* Issue Practical Completion Certification to contractors.
* Ensure safe storage of records after project completion.
