The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, managing inventory and stock control, monitoring gross profit margins and beverage costings, driving sales through effective promotions, building relationships with suppliers, and staying up-to-date with current drink trends.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, knowledge of current drinks trends, skills in sales negotiation and supplier liaison, excellent communication and organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example.
