Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations on residential construction sites. Ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to achieve project goals. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks. Manage and coordinate site staff, including subcontractors and labor teams. Keep accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and any issues encountered. Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Site Engineer in residential construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations. Proficient in using construction management software. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
