Our range of clients includes employers, contractors, consulting engineers, independent checking services, forensic engineering and research & development.Role Description:As a graduate civil or geotechnical engineer, you will be working closely with a talented team of engineers and scientists to help us deliver innovative and sustainable solutions. You will work on a variety of our onshore projects across the infrastructure, energy and renewables sectors.Key responsibilities will also include:Geotechnical, civil and structural design of renewable and infrastructure projectsSite Supervision of ground investigationsSite inspections and supervision of civil engineering projectsTechnical Report WritingSupporting Senior Engineers with production of design drawings, specifications and bills of quantities and tender assessmentsPreparation of H&S documentationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in design to Eurocode standardsExcellent problem-solving skillsSome experience in 3D design and modelling software (e.g. AutoCAD, Midas, Infodrainage, Revit) is desirableEducation/ Qualifications:Hold a University Degree in civil engineeringHonours or higher degree in civil engineeringThe candidate should be working towards chartered status in a clearly defined timescaleAdditional requirements:Candidates should also be highly organised and motivated individuals with effective communication skills, a good work ethic, and a commitment to technical excellence, personal efficiency, and career progression.Candidates should be willing to travel to and work on remote sites away from the office location.Candidates should be committed to personal development and keen to progress to chartership level in their field.This role is office-based with the opportunity for remote working as agreed with your Line Manager.
