About the Role
This is a key position within our Hyundai service team, responsible for ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and possess a strong passion for delivering outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
1. To manage all aspects of the workshop including parts management, job allocation, scheduling and stock control
To develop effective relationships with customers through proactive communication, clear advice, high-quality technical expertise. To work closely with other departments across the business providing support when needed during busy periods. This may involve assisting Sales or Parts teams as required. It's not just about managing day-to-day tasks – you'll also play a vital part in driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout our operations.
