We are seeking an experienced transformation leader to join our team as a Senior Manager/Director. This is a rare and highly impactful opportunity to lead national health system transformation programmes.
This role offers significant autonomy, senior stakeholder exposure and responsibility for end-to-end programme leadership across multi-workstream initiatives. You will operate at both strategic and delivery level, shaping programme direction while ensuring high-quality execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 10+ years' experience delivering large-scale transformation or programme leadership roles;
* Background in healthcare, public sector, consulting or other complex regulated environments;
* Mastery of governance, operating model design and organisational change strategies;
* Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage senior stakeholders at national level;
