Our organization requires a support officer for an immediate temporary contract. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with clients, and work effectively as part of a team.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer care through ticket handling, calls, and emails.
* Process applications and requests on behalf of the client.
* Give access to systems for new users.
* Update and provide reports to both internal management and the client.
* Process registrations.
* Set up new customers and ensure all documentation is in order.
* General administration such as updating files, procedures etc
* Update invoicing records and allocate costings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 1-2 years' experience within administration ideally with a customer care background.
* Knowledge of SharePoint and Dynamics.
* Previous use with CRM systems.
* Knowledge of Excel.
* Excellent attention to details.
* Great team player.
* Excellent communication skills.
