Tech support Analyst monthsWe are seeking a reliable and technically skilledIT Support Engineerto provide application and system support across our clinets technology environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, supporting scheduled jobs, and assisting with system improvements and automation.This is a 12 motnth day rate contract likely to be extended and requires 1-2 days a week onsiteKey Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day technical support and incident resolutionPerform IT troubleshooting and root cause analysisMonitor and support scheduled jobs using UC4 / AutomicWork with SQL to investigate data-related issuesSupport and maintain applications running on WebLogicUse UNIX/Linux and shell scripting for system support and automationAssist with Docker -based environmentsIdentify opportunities for workflow automation and process improvementCollaborate with internal teams to ensure system stability and performanceRequired Skills & Experience:Strong experience in IT troubleshooting and problem resolutionHands-on experience with UC4 / Automic job schedulingWorking knowledge of SQLExperience supporting WebLogic environmentsProficiency in UNIX/Linux and shell scriptingFamiliarity with DockerExperience with workflow automation or process improvement initiatives
