About the Role
* Drive continual improvement in the assembly process focused on reduction of non-conforming material and customer complaints.
* Lead problem solving activities with the assembly team and implement robust Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
* Support the design and implementation of a ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
* Develop and maintain control plans, work instructions, and quality documentation.
* Liaise with suppliers to address concerns with non-conforming materials and services.
Requirements
* A minimum of a Level 7 degree in an Engineering or Science discipline is required.
* Must be able to use a computer.
* Full training on specific applications used will be provided.
* A pro-active approach to identifying potential problems/weaknesses and implementing improvements is desirable.
