Site Operations Coordinator
A site operations coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects. As a site operations coordinator on this project, you will be responsible for coordinating site drawings, monitoring the work of sub-contractors, working closely with project managers and other stakeholders, completing setting out for the site team and sub-contractors, monitoring ground works and contractors, maintaining records and documentation, and regularly reporting on project progress.
* Coordinate site drawings to ensure accurate representation of the project.
* Monitor the work of sub-contractors to guarantee quality and efficiency.
* Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
* Complete setting out for the site team and sub-contractors to ensure precise execution of tasks.
* Monitor ground works and contractors to maintain project timelines and budgets.
* Maintain records and documentation to facilitate efficient tracking and reporting.
* Regularly report on project progress to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
* Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with construction management software is an asset.
* High school diploma or equivalent; degree in civil engineering or a related field is preferred.
