This is a senior, hands-on role focused on customer satisfaction post-purchase, ensuring all build-related issues are managed professionally and resolved efficiently.This role suits someone who understands residential construction, can manage people, and is comfortable being the point person when issues arise.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the customer care / aftercare process post-handoverAct as the main point of contact for homeowners regarding defects or build-related issuesManage and support a customer care team of 2Liaise closely with site teams, project managers, and subcontractorsInspect properties where required and oversee remedial worksTrack, prioritise, and close out issues within agreed timeframesMaintain high standards of customer communication and serviceBalance office-based coordination with regular site visitsRequirementsProven experience in residential construction (essential)Strong understanding of housing builds, defects, and snagging processesExperience in customer care, aftercare, site management, or a similar roleConfident dealing with homeowners, contractors, and internal teamsStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsPrevious people management experience preferred
