This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to play a key role in supporting our teams across the business.
About the role Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will support the full employee lifecycle, working closely with managers and colleagues across our retail and production operations.
Key responsibilities Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee induction processes Assisting with employee relations queries and HR administration Managing contracts, employee records and compliance documentation Supporting payroll and time & attendance processes Assisting with immigration / employment permit administration (where applicable)Supporting training, performance and engagement initiatives Ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation and internal policies About you Previous experience in an HR / People Operations / HR Generalist role Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice Excellent organisational and communication skills High attention to detail and strong confidentiality standards For further information, please contact Orla Brennan /
