Role Purpose:
The Brand Activations Lead will be responsible for creating and delivering brand activations across various channels, including in-store, outdoor, online, and direct-to-consumer platforms, for the Musgrave Elevate Team. This involves collaborating with clients to develop brand plans and building strong relationships with them. The role requires working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the Musgrave Elevate Media strategy and achieving commercial targets.
Role Scope:
As a member of the Elevate Team, the Brand Activations Lead will oversee client activations, ensuring timely setup and alignment with brand objectives to drive engagement.
Area of Responsibility:
* Manage and review client artwork to ensure correct dimensions and formatting.
* Review client content to ensure it aligns with internal guidelines and policies.
* Ensure adherence to artwork submission deadlines by clients.
* Liaise with Ecommerce and Marketing functions to ensure campaign activities proceed as planned.
* Advise on artwork creation to maximize campaign impact.
* Assist with client and retailer queries.
* Coordinate with Client Leads to ensure bookings are captured and delivered on time.
* Contribute to award-winning campaigns, including submission and presentation.
* Liaise with Trading functions to verify promotion validity periods.
* Manage updates for Till Screen advertisements.
* Coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders.
* Attend brand planning meetings and client reviews.
The Successful Candidates Will Have/Be:
* Third-level degree qualification in business or marketing.
* Experience in organizational and business improvements.
* Experience working with online brands or knowledge of retail industry/marketing is advantageous.
* Proven ability to deliver work on time and accurately.
* Experience working in fast-paced environments.
* Ability to work independently and on initiative.
* Experience working with clients.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build stakeholder relationships.
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of marketing regulations.
* Project management and campaign planning skills.
* Digital marketing experience or knowledge.
