We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Department Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our IT team.
This role is key to helping the department run smoothly by handling scheduling, documentation, communication, procurement, and coordination of tasks.

Undertake general administration duties including data inputting/exporting, filing, scanning, photocopying and any other administrative duties that may be required.
Record and monitor the department budget.
Generate reports for the IT Manager.
Receiving invoices via email, inputting information onto database, file invoices in appropriate folders via SharePoint, processing invoices to ensure that correct information is on the invoices so that they can be signed off and sent to accounts payable for payment runs.
Ensure IT purchase orders are raised in a timely manner.
Management of petty cash transactions.
Adherence to Nua Healthcare Services client confidentiality policies at alltimes.
Coordinate ordering, renewals, and tracking of hardware, software, and licenses.
Communicate with third-party vendors regarding quotes, warranty claims, and services.
Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, license renewals, support logs, and user access permissions.
Assist with scheduling meetings and departmental activities; manage calendars and prepare meeting notes.
Track and update annual leave records for IT staff.
Maintain and update the Softworks HR system for the IT Department.
Support the IT Technicians and close out offboarded users and roles on internal staff/IT role trackers.
Prepare reports for IT audits, update policy documentation, and support license/software compliance tracking.
Act as the communication link between the IT team and other departments, ensuring queries and updates are well managed.
Assist in planning and logistics for IT-related projects such as equipment rollouts, office moves, and user onboarding/offboarding.
Help monitor IT departmental spend related to procurement and services.
Knowledge Working knowledge of Microsoft packages Excel, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint.
Experience 2 Years previous experience in a similar role.
Skills: Ability to effectively and concisely communicate with team members, management, external contractors, and any other key business relationships.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Excellent teamwork skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
