Your responsibilities will include:Community & Membership EngagementBuild and nurture relationships with local SMEs, startups, and partnersProactively support membership growth and ensure members feel valued and connectedRepresent the organization at networking events, LEO meetings, and local business forumsMarketing, Branding & CommunicationsPromote the centre, its members, and its initiatives through digital marketing, PR, and social mediaCreate and curate engaging content that highlights opportunities, success stories, and upcoming eventsDevelop campaigns that increase visibility across the business communityEvents & ProgrammesPlan and deliver high-quality business events, masterclasses, awards, and networking sessionsCoordinate training programmes and collaborate with speakers, trainers, and stakeholdersLaunch and support new initiatives, including a dedicated start-up hub for entrepreneurs and innovatorsWhat We're Looking For3+ years' experience in marketing, events, community engagement, business development, or enterprise supportConfident networker who enjoys meeting people and representing the organization externallyExperience delivering events, workshops, training programmes, or business support initiativesStrong digital marketing and social media management skillsOrganized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyA genuine interest in supporting start-ups, SMEs, and local business growthComfortable working in a hands-on role with plenty of variety and visibilityAdditional DetailsThis is an on-site role based in South DublinA full driving license and access to a car are essentialOpportunities for long-term growth as the association, start-up hub, and business network expand
