About Us



Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is a luxury estate nestled in 21 acres of lush green countryside. The Georgian mansion, which welcomes visitors today, was originally built in 1764 on the same site as the original castle.



The hotel's acquisition by Thomas Rggla in December marked a significant milestone for the TMR Collection and Windward Management.
The TMR Collection comprises Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort, Harveys Point, Mount Wolseley & Aghadoe Heights under the guidance of Windward Management.

Job Role and Responsibilities



* Work alongside our team of chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations
* Contribute to delivering quality service as part of our team effort
* Take direction from department managers while assisting with monitoring food quality and hygiene standards
