We are currently seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team in a 4-star hotel located in Cork City. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record of managing busy Food and Beverage operations, as well as coordinating conferences, private functions, and special events.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel's F&B, Rooms, M&E, and Front of House operations. They will lead and guide the team, continually improving procedures and service levels, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing daily operations and coordinating all areas of the hotel

* Leading and guiding the team to ensure excellent service delivery
">
* Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene

* Ensuring all shift and opening/closing procedures are observed

* Providing mature leadership and facilitating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

* A minimum of 3+ years' experience in hotel operations management or a similar role
">
* Proven track record of managing busy Food and Beverage operations
">
* Experience in coordinating conferences, private functions, and special events

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

* Full legal status to work in Ireland
