What You Will Do
Our Technology Solutions Group operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with exciting changes under new leadership. We are seeking support to build scalable applications for our Front Office stakeholders.
As a Lead Analyst in Front Office, you will play a pivotal role in designing and building products that deliver value and viability for our Fixed Income stakeholders. You will be responsible for the product's success from conception to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems aligned with business outcomes. Collaboration with various functions and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions will be key. You will also provide Level 3 support for production incidents and learning.
This role is hybrid, based in Letterkenny, Ireland, with a mix of on-site and remote work.
What You Can Expect
* Ownership of product initiatives, collaborating with delivery teams to understand requirements, analyze, design, implement, test, and support solutions in production.
* Building fixed income data products, ensuring development follows modern practices and standards.
* Developing high-quality, well-documented business requirements.
* Effective communication with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements and business outcomes.
* Defining technical designs and understanding the system end-to-end.
* Leading backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.
* Troubleshooting and resolving production incidents promptly.
* Preparing and executing testing plans, including automation and problem resolution.
* Utilizing strong SQL skills for data analysis and understanding business logic.
* Proactively identifying and addressing obstacles that may impact delivery.
What You Will Bring
* 8+ years of experience in technology roles, such as software engineering, BSA/QA, or application support.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical details for non-technical audiences.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and business judgment skills.
* Interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
* Data evaluation and mapping skills, experience with databases, SQL, and APIs.
* Knowledge of Fixed Income Asset Management environments is a plus.
* Team-oriented, eager to learn, and proactive in problem resolution.
* Strong documentation skills for processes, requirements, and incident steps.
