We are seeking a skilled Senior NPI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the introduction of new products and packaging into commercial manufacturing, ensuring that every transfer meets the highest standards for quality, timelines, and budget.
As a subject matter expert, you will guide cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership on complex projects. You will develop clear transfer roadmaps and keep both customers and internal stakeholders informed with regular updates and presentations.

Requirements:
Qualifications
* A third-level qualification in Engineering (Polymer, Biomedical, Mechanical, Design) or a Bachelor's degree in a Science/Technology/Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automation or equivalent).
* 4+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally within new product introduction or a medical device manufacturing environment.
* Proven project management experience, with a track record of successfully leading NPI projects from concept to commercialization.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes for catheter-based products, such as extrusion, moulding, balloon forming, braiding, packaging and assembly techniques.
