Job Description:
This role serves as the key program manager and relationship owner for assigned OpenText Cloud Managed Services accounts.
As a trusted advisor, this individual will understand the customer's business strategy and relate it to their product portfolio.
The Lead Cloud Service Manager will provide overall business management of the customer through regular status calls, monthly SLA reporting and business reviews, issue tracking reporting, and cross-functional communication with other teams.
This person will manage customer expectations to prevent escalations, develop strong relationships at various levels within the customer's organization, and identify new business opportunities.
They will also recommend products or services to improve customer satisfaction and ROI.
Frequent discussions will be held to address any customer concerns regarding overall service and satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong client focus at a senior manager level
* Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline
* Conversant in cloud technology and data center deployment
* ITIL certification preferred
* Experience with formal project management techniques
