Our client is looking for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end project planning and execution for the separation or transition of business entities. The scope includes IT systems, applications, infrastructure, and end-user environments required to enable independent operations. LTD/ Daily Rate Contract Role Cork based, 2-3 days a week onsite Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed end-to-end project plans for entity separation initiatives Plan and coordinate application transitions, system migrations, network and connectivity changes, and end-user readiness activities Partner with cross-functional workstream leads to align milestones, dependencies, and deliverables into a single integrated plan Collaborate with business and technology teams to build comprehensive timelines, identify interdependencies, and manage critical paths Lead governance and stakeholder meetings, including steering committees and regular status reviews Facilitate daily or regular coordination meetings to track progress and resolve issues Perform dependency, risk, and impact analysis to optimize timelines, costs, and program-level objectives Maintain detailed project plans and documentation using standard project management tools Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of experience managing large, complex IT projects with multiple workstreams and dependencies Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Experience working with distributed, cross-functional, and multi-location teams Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive execution in ambiguous or changing environments Experience supporting corporate separations, divestitures, carve-outs, or large-scale transformations Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery approaches and common project management tools Proven experience delivering end-to-end IT initiatives Skills: Consulting Healthcare Project Management stakeholder management
