Program Operations Leader
As a program operations leader, you will be responsible for driving the operational strategy of complex programs in clinical trial management.
* Lead clinical operations activities and decisions including quality, timelines, and budget planning.
* Interact with senior management, vendors, collaboration partners, and clinical study personnel to ensure effective project delivery.
* Manage a team of clinical trial management staff and have responsibility for recruitment, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the overall success of the clinical study team(s) within a program(s).
* Maintain an overview of clinical program(s) status and issues to inform strategic decision-making.
* Provide regular updates on clinical program level progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years of related in-house sponsor-side pharmaceutical experience.
* 8 years in clinical operations with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
