Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively source and communicate with candidates using internal databases, LinkedIn, job boards, and direct applications.
* Assist with all stages of the recruitment process for clients and candidates.
* Participate in client recruitment projects, set targets, and meet weekly/monthly KPIs.
* Liaise with existing clients, build relationships, and cross-sell services/account management.
* Drive business development, maintain a constant pipeline, and grow the business.
* Manage candidate relationships, ensuring CRM updates, and a steady flow of candidates.
* Market and advertise skills to attract hard-to-reach candidates.
* Prepare and post job advertisements, screen applications, assess suitability via phone/video calls, and conduct interviews.
Essential Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or high-volume customer services is required. Expertise in B2B/B2C, adaptability, and experience in target-driven environments are desirable. A degree qualification, excellent planning, organizational, multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
