Enterprise is a core strategic channel within SIRO's Commercial Team. One of the key objectives of this channel is to grow and win Enterprise customers by partnering with our Retailers, Operators (Partners) such as Vodafone, Viatel, Blacknight and other business partners to sell, up sell and cross sell SIRO Enterprise business products to Enterprise customers.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will join our Enterprise (Business Development team) to support the drive for SIRO growth via our Partners. The role requires identifying and attracting high quality potential customers who want SIRO Enterprise business products. You will be liaising and supporting our Partners in the conversion and winning these new Lead Generation customers which delivers on Enterprise base growth for SIRO & the partner.

You will also be required to do customer facing activity which will aid you in the expansion of the Lead Generations base of opportunity. This involves meeting with Property Management Companies, Commercial Business Parks and attend Partner meetings and Networking events. You will act as the SIRO Brand ambassador and as well as identifying many Lead Gen opportunities available which underpins the Enterprise strategy to win and grow the Enterprise Channel.

Business Development Executive:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales – Business Development Executive to help identify and qualify potential customers for our business. Having knowledge of the Telecom industry and Soho, SME and Enterprise customers are extremely helpful. You will research, engage, and nurture leads through various channels to generate sales opportunities. Your role will also require you to send emails, make outbounds call as well as having face to face engagement via Teams or in Person sessions with potential cutomers. Working closely with the business development and marketing teams, you will contribute to building a strong pipeline of high-quality prospects (hot leads) in which our Partners can win and secure and grow their SIRO base.

The Business Development Executive will report to the Head of Enterprise and will work closely with the Enterprise, Marketing, and wider Commercial Team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify potential leads using a range of tools, databases, and social media platforms.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and online interactions.
- Face to Face engagement with potential opportunities along with door knocking at specified Business Park locations.
- Develop targeted lead lists and execute outreach strategies to generate interest.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead details, interactions, and progress.
- Collaborate with the Head of Business Development and the Marketing team to schedule meetings and hand overqualified leads.

- Analyse lead generation performance and optimise strategies for better results.

- Address customer questions and concerns, providing appropriate solutions.

- Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitors' activities.

- Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and best practices.

- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, delivery, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Attend and support Partner Lead Generation meeting updates.

- Support Account Directors and the Enterprise team in winning in the Enterprise market.

- Meet with Property Management Companies, Visit Commercial Business Parks, do on the ground research and targeting.

- Build the SIRO Brand by attending Networking events where there are Lead Generation opportunities.

Role Requirements:

- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (an advantage, but not essential).

- Effective communication and people skills.

- Ability to research and identify potential clients using digital tools.

- Excellent time management and organisational skills.

- Experience using CRM systems (an advantage, but not essential).

- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Experience in a customer facing role.

Preferred:

- Knowledge & experience of the Irish telecoms market.

- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an office environment.

- Marketing automation & CRM knowledge

- Understanding of sales funnels and digital marketing

- Experience with Soho/Sme & Enterprise customers.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
