About Olympian Gymnastics (OES)

Role Summary - Gymnastics Coach (Level 1 & Level 2)
As a Gymnastics Coach, you will lead fun, safe, and progressive gymnastics classes for children and young athletes. You'll inspire gymnasts to reach their potential through structured coaching, encouragement, and teamwork — supported by our Lead Coaches and senior coaching team.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, safe, and progressive gymnastics sessions in line with Olympian Gymnastics' coaching standards.
* Implement structured training plans suited to each gymnast's level.
* Teach proper technique, safety awareness, and gymnastics fundamentals.
* Conduct warm-ups and cool-downs to promote injury prevention and wellbeing.
* Provide clear, positive feedback to encourage progression.
* Work effectively with gymnasts of all ages and skill levels.
* Support gymnasts in preparing for in-house displays and competitions.
* Maintain equipment and ensure all sessions meet child safeguarding and safety standards.
* Communicate professionally with parents regarding progress and development.
* Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuous professional development (CPD) sessions.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum Level 1 Gymnastics Coaching qualification (essential).
* Level 2 Gymnastics Coaching qualification (desirable – training support available).
* Experience in gymnastics, artistic gymnastics, parkour, or ninja-style movement coaching is a plus.
* Previous experience working with children in a sports or educational setting.
* Strong understanding of child protection and gymnast safety protocols.
Key Requirements
Qualifications &; Experience
* Minimum Level 1 gymnastics coaching qualification (essential).
* Level 2 coaching qualification desirable (training support available for the right candidates).
* Experience coaching gymnastics, parkour, ninja, or related disciplines is highly desirable.
* Experience working with children in a coaching, sports, or educational setting.
* Strong understanding of safety protocols and child safeguarding.
