The successful candidate will ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven solutions aligned with governance frameworks and methodologies.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including scope, budget, schedule, RAID, resources, and quality.Build strong relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors to ensure optimal project outcomes.Track budgets, manage risks, and ensure compliance with governance and procurement policies.Lead vendor management and oversee outsourced IT partners for timely, quality deliverables.Drive project governance, reporting, and post-implementation reviews to improve delivery processes.Mentor team members and facilitate skills transfer.Must-Have Skills & Experience:Diploma/Degree in ICT or related discipline (Level 8 NFQ or equivalent).7+ years of proven experience in ICT Project Management.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and governance.Expertise in budget control, risk management, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Experience in public procurement and multi-vendor environments is an advantage.Please note no visa sponsorship for this rolePFH Technology, owned by Ricoh – a Japanese based global ICT company, is a premier provider of end-to-end ICT solutions and a managed services portfolio scaling from SMEs to large Enterprise organisations.
