The Client Service Senior Associate will be responsible for ensuring the highest possible service levels are delivered to a number of clients, across a number of product types. This primarily involves the management of client reporting, AML/KYC Periodic Reviews across a number of fund ranges and clients. Assist in the successful execution of all elements of change management (e.g. fund launches, closures, mergers etc.) The most important requirement of the successful candidate will be a strong customer focus, and an ability/desire to liaise with internal and external clients to ensure successful outcomes.What You Will Be Responsible ForAs a Senior Associate in the Client Service team you willBuild effective working relationship with clients and client service team, based on mutual respect and trustEnsure excellent level of service provided to clients at all timesManagement and review of Client Reporting including administrator and board reporting. Co-ordinate reporting issues with Reporting teams and ensure client queries are addressed and resolved timely and accuratelyManagement of AML/KYC Periodic Review process on behalf of Client Service.Run and maintain log of client service calls and action logsPoint of receipt for Client change requests; log and work with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of change agenda for clients, with specific focus on execution of organic growth – i.e fund/class launches, mergersAssist the Client Service lead with the on-boarding of new clients as requiredLog and resolve client queries, involving other internal departments as needed, in a timely and professional manner. Ensure timely escalation of any client issues as requiredEnsure that controls are consistently followed for all client service processesHelp foster culture of collaboration with colleagues, clients and external partiesAd hoc projects as directedWhat we valueThese Skills Will Help You Succeed In This RoleA keen interest in providing excellent service to both internal and external clientsAbility to work well in a fast paced, high volume atmosphereDemonstrated strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.Good understanding of end-to-end NAV Production operating models preferredAbility to foster collaboration & team workEducation & Preferred QualificationsPrimary Degree or Professional or Accounting qualification equivalentAt least 2 years experience working in the provision of fund administration service preferred.Additional RequirementsSkilled communicator, both verbal and writtenExcellent attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesTeam playerJob ID: R-777049
