Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition of duties at the beginning of each shift. This involves conducting thorough handover briefings to ensure that all team members are aware of their tasks and responsibilities.
* Maintain a visible presence in the Front of House areas to provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns from customers.
* Carry out regular checks on each department to identify and resolve any potential issues before they escalate.
* Deal with all VIP customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing them with exceptional service and attention to detail.
* Ensure compliance with liquor licensing legislation by adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines.
* Conduct security and fire safety walks and complete relevant records to maintain a safe working environment.
* Act as Fire Marshall, taking charge in the event of an emergency and implementing evacuation procedures as necessary.
