A leading tech giant based in Dublin or Cork are seeking to bolster their team with a talented, self-driven Digital Design Engineer.
Responsibilities:
* Play a key role in shaping the IP strategy within Digital Design.
* Collaborate on building and improving infrastructure, methodologies, and automation for IP concept, design, and verification.
* Promote innovation and knowledge-sharing across teams and with external partners.
* Monitor industry and organizational trends, acting proactively to address them.
* Guide, challenge, and mentor others—balancing risks with opportunities while working effectively with both engineers and senior leaders.
Requirements:
* Extensive RTL design expertise with deep knowledge of digital design methodologies, flows, and SoC implementation.
* Skilled in developing advanced digital designs optimized for high speed and/or low power performance.
* Strong problem-solving ability, leveraging expert networks and turning challenges into opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Effective communicator, able to clearly present ideas in writing and speech while influencing diverse stakeholders.
* Highly organized and efficient under multiple priorities, with additional expertise in Analog IP design/integration and fluency in English.
