Lead Dublin Risk Management Team
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Dublin-based risk management team.
* Responsibilities:
o Provide second-line oversight for strategic decisions, including reinsurance transactions developed by the Dublin-based business units.
o Engage with the Dublin Head of Office to understand and provide second-line oversight of relevant issues that may arise within the Dublin Reinsurance Office.
o Oversight of regular risk reporting requirements, including risk budgets, risk limit reviews, and committee-level reporting.
o Oversight and support to be provided to the CLReI Chief Risk Officer (PCF14).

Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will ideally have/be:
* Qualified actuary with 7+ years' experience in a life and/or non-life insurance or reinsurance environment.
* Ability to understand complex transactions and identify the most important considerations from a risk perspective.
* Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.
* Assertive, self-motivated with the capacity to work autonomously, as part of a team, and across teams, including experience of planning and leading projects or initiatives.
* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, including an ability to derive and apply pragmatic solutions to complex problems.
