Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned HR executive to spearhead our team's human capital initiatives. As a trusted business partner, you will collaborate closely with site leaders and managers globally, providing expert guidance across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, learning and development, and compensation and benefits.
* Partner with the site leadership team to craft and implement comprehensive HR strategies that drive innovation, engagement, and organisational effectiveness.
* Lead core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
* Bolster leadership capabilities through coaching, development programmes, and a strong culture of accountability.
* Drive continuous improvement through workforce planning, people metrics, and talent initiatives.
* Manage and develop the HR team, ensuring consistent delivery of local and global projects.
* Oversee payroll, benefits, and employee records, maintaining full compliance with employment law and data protection.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and key contact for employee relations and engagement.
* Represent the organisation externally in matters such as graduate recruitment and employment relations.
