Trade Reconciliations & Analysis: Dive deep into the world of equities, fixed income, commodities, and derivatives-reconciling and analyzing a wide range of complex products.
Collaborate & Support: Partner with fund administrators on a monthly basis, and auditors annually, ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Engage with diverse teams, including Middle Office, Operations, and Investor Relations, enhancing collaboration and communication across the business.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to management reporting and innovative projects designed to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills You'll Need: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.
3+ years of experience in a Finance or Accounting role, with a strong preference for backgrounds in hedge funds, private equity, or fund administration.
Outstanding analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
