Key Responsibilities as Deputy Store Manager
12. Support the Store Manager with daily operations, including cash handling, adherence to security protocols, opening/closing procedures
13. Lead, train, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service and support performance management
14. Ensure a welcoming, high-energy environment and effectively resolve customer queries
15. Assist in driving store performance by monitoring sales, identifying trends, and supporting KPI achievement.
16. Maintain high standards in store presentation and visual merchandising
Skills and Experience Required
17. 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within retail or hospitality; confident in engaging with the public and ensuring high service standards
18. Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role is an advantage
19. Strong communication and customer service skills
20. Proven leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and engage team members
21. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage operations, staff, customer needs, and admin tasks in a fast-paced setting
22. Problem solving and decision-making skills
