An established and growing organisation within the manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the business on a 9-month fixed-term contract.This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with leadership teams, driving employee engagement, and managing the full HR function within a fast-paced environment. Reporting directly into senior management, you will play a key role in supporting the business across employee relations, recruitment, compliance, performance management, and HR operations.Location & PackageOnsite: 5 days a weekContract: 9 monthsKey ResponsibilitiesManaging the day-to-day HR function across the businessSupporting managers with employee relations and performance managementLeading recruitment and onboarding activitiesEnsuring compliance with Irish employment legislation and HR best practiceManaging HR reporting, records, and employee documentationSupporting learning, development, and wider people initiativesPartnering with senior leadership on workforce planning and HR strategyRequirementsMinimum 3 years’ experience in a HR Generalist or HR Manager positionStrong knowledge of Irish employment lawExperience managing employee relations mattersExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and manage a standalone HR function
