Join our multicultural Customer Service team in Europe Were looking for Italian-speaking professionals passionate about helping sellers and improving their online business performance in Lisbon, Portugal. You'll be part of a global e-commerce project supporting one of the worlds leading social media platforms. Responsibilities: • Support sellers via phone, email, or chat • Provide accurate information and sales guidance • Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently • Identify opportunities to improve seller performance • Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement Requirements: • EU ID, Residence Card, or Manifestação de Interesse • Fluency in Itanlian (C1) and English (B2+) • 1+ year experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or Customer Success • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses Meal allowance: 7.23/day Relocation support (accommodation & flight reimbursement) Paid training and career growth opportunities Multicultural work environment in Lisbon Schedule: Monday to Sunday – rotational shifts 2 days off per week (Some projects may include occasional night shifts) Start date: 20 November 2025 Location: Lisbon, Portugal
