We are currently seeking a Senior Client Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in commercial insurance and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a portfolio of global inward businesses, providing top-notch client servicing and support.
* Handle client renewals from start to finish, ensuring seamless transitions and satisfying client needs.
* Collaborate with colleagues across various general lines products, promoting a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing.
* Review policy wording, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
* Build strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and network colleagues through effective communication and problem-solving.
* Contribute to sales initiatives, targeting new clients and expanding our market presence.
* Maintain the highest standards of compliance and adherence to best practices.
Requirements:
* Relevant broking experience, with a focus on commercial insurance.
* CIP qualification (minimum) and progression to ACII desirable.
* Central Bank Fitness & Probity standards must be met.
* Evidence of ongoing CPD hours (minimum 2 years).
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with ability to work under pressure.
* Strong dedication to understanding customer needs and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft platforms, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
