Structured Finance Associate – Dublin, Ireland

About the Role
This role represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance lawyer with an understanding of debt capital markets, structured finance and securitisation transactions to join our growing team in Dublin. The team is highly collegiate and associates will enjoy unrivalled exposure to quality transactions.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will advise on a wide variety of capital markets and structured finance products and related issues such as:
* CLOs
* RMBS, CMBS and other securitisation structures
* Fund‑linked structured fund products
* Repackagings
* Lending platforms
* Debt issuance programmes
What You Bring
The ideal candidate will also have the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well within a team environment. The candidate's qualifications and experience will also include:
* A minimum of 3‑5 years' post qualification experience
* A traineeship and experience gained within a top‑tier‑law firm in Ireland, the U.K., or internationally
* A strong academic background, with excellent written communication and drafting skills
* Excellent technical knowledge and a strong commercial awareness
