MISSION
This role is in partnership with one of our biggest and most reputable clients in the high-end/premium food sector. With a rapidly expanding network of shops, they are a recognised leader in their market. In this position, you will act as an RPO, managing their recruitment needs as an integrated extension of their team.
As part of our growth, we’re looking for a Recruiter based in Ireland to take full ownership of the recruitment process – from client kick-off to contract signature. This is a brand-new role, offering the chance to make your mark.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Join client kick-off meetings to understand hiring needs and prepare supporting documentation.
* Take part in weekly update calls with clients to ensure smooth progress.
* Source and identify potential candidates using advanced techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, etc.).
* Approach candidates directly, conduct screening calls, and prepare them for interviews.
* Coordinate interviews and meetings between candidates and clients.
* Support negotiations and guide the process through to contract signature.
* Build and maintain a strong professional network to identify potential talent and market insights.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* 1+ year of recruitment experience (agency, consultancy, executive search, in-house).
* Proven ability to manage multiple searches and meet KPIs.
* Strong sourcing skills with knowledge of advanced search techniques.
* ATS experience (Avature is a plus, not essential).
* Confident communicator – comfortable with cold calls and building rapport.
* Native English speaker with a strong understanding of Irish culture.
* Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative.
