Job Description
After over two decades of success in the telecommunications sector, Entegro is now expanding into the power market — and we’re looking for experienced, energetic individuals to join us on this exciting journey.
As leaders in telecoms, Entegro has built a reputation for designing and deploying cutting-edge gigabit networks that connect communities and businesses across both urban and rural areas. Now, we are bringing the same commitment to innovation, quality, and collaboration to the power sector, supporting clients in the management of LV, MV, and HV projects.
Our clients are at the centre of everything we do. Whether local or international, they rely on our expertise, innovation, and consistent delivery. Our ambition is to form lasting partnerships built on trust, understanding, and a shared focus on delivering projects to the highest standards — on time, on budget, and to specification.
Entegro provides fully managed, outsourced solutions as well as tailored combinations of specialist services, all underpinned by our dedication to quality, open communication, and social responsibility.
We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and develop this role to fit the ambitious growth plans of the company within the power sector.
The Role – Core Particulars
The Senior Project Manager plays a critical leadership role in the successful delivery of complex Survey, Design, and Build projects for our clients in the power sector. This position is accountable for overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle — from initial planning and scope definition through to execution, delivery, and project close-out.
Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, the Senior Project Manager ensures that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards. This includes proactive risk management, resource planning, progress tracking, and financial oversight.
The role requires close collaboration with a range of internal teams — including design, engineering, field operations, and commercial — as well as external stakeholders such as clients, contractors, the ESB, and regulatory bodies. Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, as the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for aligning cross-functional teams around shared objectives and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the duration of each project.
This is a high-impact role, suited to someone with a proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects in fast-paced environments, and who thrives on bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex programmes of work.

4. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, RAID logs, resource schedules, and performance trackers to manage timelines, risks, costs, and quality across multiple concurrent projects.
5. Implement and manage robust project controls, governance, and reporting mechanisms aligned with PMI or PRINCE2 methodologies, ensuring full visibility and transparency for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Manage stakeholder expectations and communications across all levels, preparing and presenting regular project updates, dashboards, and reports to clients, senior management, and delivery partners.
7. Liaise closely with the Commercial and Finance teams to ensure accurate budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting, and support contractual compliance and claims management throughout the project.
8. Work proactively with design and delivery teams to identify risks, blockers, or delays, and lead issue resolution in collaboration with relevant parties.
9. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all project stages, supporting the HSEQ team in audits, inspections, and reporting as required.
10. Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, reviewing delivery processes, and implementing enhancements for future projects.
11. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior project team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
12. Support the mobilisation and onboarding of new client workstreams, ensuring all documentation, processes, and resources are in place prior to commencement.
13. Represent Entegro in project coordination meetings, utility stakeholder engagements, and site visits, ensuring our standards and commitments are upheld at all times.
