Site Engineer Residential Developments Leinster | Dublin, Meath & Kildare ICDS Group is partnering with a leading Irish residential developer renowned for delivering high-quality housing schemes across Dublin and Meath. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to take ownership of setting out, site coordination, and delivery across live residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer to join a well-established developer and play a key role in the successful delivery of large-scale residential communities. Key Responsibilities Lead setting out for housing units, apartments, roads, and drainage works. Oversee daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors and trades. Drive programme delivery and ensure project milestones are achieved. Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Prepare and maintain site records, progress reports, and as-built drawings. Liaise closely with project management, design teams, and local authorities. Mentor and support junior engineers and site personnel. Requirements Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years experience in residential construction, ideally including housing and RC frame projects. Strong technical capability in setting out and construction sequencing. Proven experience supervising subcontractors and managing site teams. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in AutoCAD, surveying equipment, and MS Office.
