Hardworking and dedicated, our Style Advisors treat our customers as their primary focus, actively listening to their needs and providing considered product and styling options to enhance overall store performance.
As a Style Advisor, you will connect with our customers with personality and pride, acting as a brand ambassador to promote and deliver the outstanding customer experience for which we are renowned.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will stay up to date on the latest styles and be the driving force behind in-store service, making the customer experience sparkle with your passionate, customer-facing perspective.
Efficiently identifying and advising customers on outfit building (whether daywear, workwear, or wedding wear) will be second nature, and you will strive to help achieve commercial objectives by finding the best style solutions for our customers.
Key accountabilities and KPIs include:
Actively greeting, assisting, and selling in a professional and consultative manner to build multiple sales, championing our high-quality premium products at all available opportunities.
Delivering an inspirational picture of the TFG vision in store to drive performance by maintaining high awareness of visual merchandising principles.
Operating an electronic Point of Sale system, handling transactions accurately with care, and anticipating future opportunities to engage customers.
Assisting in all tasks required to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store, effectively promoting our brand and products as a dependable shopping destination.
About You
We will provide full training and ongoing support to ensure you have all the tools to succeed.
You should be reliable, motivated, flexible to work on a rota basis, and capable of balancing shifting priorities.
Excellent communication skills and a flair for customer engagement are essential, along with sharing your product knowledge and styling expertise.
