We are currently seeking aCustomer Service Representativewho is fluent inboth French and Englishto join their international customer support team. This role is key to ensuring a seamless experience for international clients by delivering high-quality transaction processing and top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer transaction support across global markets
* Provide timely and accurate information regarding stock availability and pricing
* Process orders received via phone, email, fax, or online platforms
* Ensure order accuracy and issue prompt, professional confirmations to customers
* Monitor and manage SAP system delivery dates to optimise shipments and reduce costs
* Identify and manage backorders or out-of-stock items, offering alternatives when possible
* Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Technical, Engineering, and Pricing to resolve queries
* Escalate any potential issues or irregularities to management
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
* Support a positive, collaborative team culture
* Gain in-depth knowledge of internal systems and customer base (SAP, CRM tools, Office365, etc.)
Ideal Candidate:
* At least2 years' experiencein a customer service or data entry role, preferably in a fast-paced or B2B environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a solution-focused mindset
* Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
* Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team
* IT proficient – ideally holding an ECDL qualification or equivalent
* Confident in handling customer queries across different departments
